green pepper and citrus.  A delicate note of elderflower and a flint-mineral

finish adds to it’s elegance. £22

WAIMEA ESTATE PINOT GRIS – New Zealand

An undiscovered gem! Incredibly aromatic and refreshing too. Think lemon curd,

pear drops, lavender and white peaches. Creamy, silky texture with hints of

exotic spice. £20

GAVI LA TOLEDANA VILLA LANATA – Italy

La Toledana is one of the very few Genoese noble houses still standing today.

white peach and honey … the chablis of Italy. £24

Rich, smooth with hints of red fruit and orange peel balanced by a refreshing acidity. £18

Red Wine

MARQUES RISCAL RESERVA TINTO – Rioja of Spain

One of the most famous wines in Spain from mature vines and the tastiest grapes.

Incredibly rich and concentrated, it’s full of summer berry flavours and notes of

liquorice and vanilla spice. £22

VINALBA MALBEC RESERVE – Argentina

Founded in the Uco Valley where this grape flourishes, this plush style is the

benchmark of Mendoza Malbec. Rich, chocolatey with plenty of ripe black

fruits. £20

Sparkling

PROSECCO LA GIOIOSA TREVISO – Italy

Meaning ‘The joyful’ and named from the place of its birth, Treviso and

describing these bubbles. Fresh, fruity classic Prosecco flavours of white

blossom, pear and peachy stone fruit. £16

PROSECCO ROSE – Italy

Half a bottle of a delightful bubble £8

OEIL DE PERDRIX ROSE – Champagne, France

Michel Parisot’s is all about maximum flavour, picking his Pinot Noir grapes as

late as possible for maximum aromatic flavour and taking only the first press,

guaranteeing freshness and ageing for a minimum of 4 years. The result is a

rose Champagne which punches well above it’s price point. Moreish, redcurrant

and raspberry flavours with a creamy texture. £40

VEUVE CLICQUOT – Champagne, France

Refreshing and decadent, Madame Clicquot’s signature Brut, aged for twice the time

legally required, bringing biscuits and toasty flavour. It’s rich, but balanced by ripe

and zingy notes of citrus. £75

LAURENT PERRIER LA CUVEE – Champagne, France

Founded in 1812, but this Champagne House isn’t one to stick to traditions.

The winemaking team recently tore up the recipe for their non-vintage cuve.

The old wine was already one of the best-selling Champagnes in the world –

but they knew they could create something even better.  They weren’t wrong.

This is a superb marriage of citrus, peach and toast with a light mousse. £70
