VAVASOUR SAUVIGNON BLANC – New Zealand
Elegant and restrained and beautifully textured. Vibrant notes of tropical fruits,
green pepper and citrus. A delicate note of elderflower and a flint-mineral
finish adds to it’s elegance. £22
WAIMEA ESTATE PINOT GRIS – New Zealand
An undiscovered gem! Incredibly aromatic and refreshing too. Think lemon curd,
pear drops, lavender and white peaches. Creamy, silky texture with hints of
exotic spice. £20
GAVI LA TOLEDANA VILLA LANATA – Italy
La Toledana is one of the very few Genoese noble houses still standing today.
This vineyard, close to the Ligurian coast. Crisp, fresh, citrusy, with hints of
white peach and honey … the chablis of Italy. £24
LOPEZ DE HARO ROSE – Rioja Rosado of Spain
Blending the sweetness of old vine Garncha with the fresh Viura in this Rioja Rosado.
Rich, smooth with hints of red fruit and orange peel balanced by a refreshing acidity. £18
MARQUES RISCAL RESERVA TINTO – Rioja of Spain
One of the most famous wines in Spain from mature vines and the tastiest grapes.
Incredibly rich and concentrated, it’s full of summer berry flavours and notes of
liquorice and vanilla spice. £22
VINALBA MALBEC RESERVE – Argentina
Founded in the Uco Valley where this grape flourishes, this plush style is the
benchmark of Mendoza Malbec. Rich, chocolatey with plenty of ripe black
PROSECCO LA GIOIOSA TREVISO – Italy
Meaning ‘The joyful’ and named from the place of its birth, Treviso and
describing these bubbles. Fresh, fruity classic Prosecco flavours of white
blossom, pear and peachy stone fruit. £16

OEIL DE PERDRIX ROSE – Champagne, France
Michel Parisot’s is all about maximum flavour, picking his Pinot Noir grapes as
late as possible for maximum aromatic flavour and taking only the first press,
guaranteeing freshness and ageing for a minimum of 4 years. The result is a
rose Champagne which punches well above it’s price point. Moreish, redcurrant
and raspberry flavours with a creamy texture. £40
VEUVE CLICQUOT – Champagne, France
Refreshing and decadent, Madame Clicquot’s signature Brut, aged for twice the time
legally required, bringing biscuits and toasty flavour. It’s rich, but balanced by ripe
and zingy notes of citrus. £75
LAURENT PERRIER LA CUVEE – Champagne, France
Founded in 1812, but this Champagne House isn’t one to stick to traditions.
The winemaking team recently tore up the recipe for their non-vintage cuve.
The old wine was already one of the best-selling Champagnes in the world –
but they knew they could create something even better. They weren’t wrong.
This is a superb marriage of citrus, peach and toast with a light mousse. £70
